Adam brings over a decade of experience across all aspects of real estate finance and banking of which include underwriting, structuring, portfolio management and origination. He entered the banking industry in 2008 after selling an asset management firm that managed troubled assets stemming from The Great Recession. Prior to founding PACT Capital Inc., Adam served as a Vice President in the West Los Angeles Middle Market at Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for originating and managing middle market companies and commercial real estate investment relationships in a variety of asset classes. Throughout his tenure, Adam closed more than $500MM in CRE commitments across the United States. Prior to Wells Fargo, he worked as an analyst and underwriter in investment real estate lending. Adam brings a strong knowledge of real estate economics and credit acumen to our team. Over his career, Adam has been involved in more than $2 Billion of commercial real estate commitments across the United States and has held a California Real Estate Broker License since 2014.
